is there a secret squirrel alternative hex/Allen screw set? Everywhere I've heckled they are $12, which I feel is outrageous.

I have bought some before, didn't even notice but I was so hell bent on turning a gun stainless I didn't care.

The grip screws on my wife's P238 and 938 just need a regular ole Allen bit. Are those the same ones you're asking about? Because I have that bit in several of my tool kits.

Or are you asking about the screws themselves? $9 in your desired combination of slot, hex, black or stainless.

I need (want) the screws themselves. Hard to justify $9 for 4 small screws.

I do have a spare flathead set in my parts bin, but figured I'd upgrade while I'm at it.

If I wanted to do say 6 or 7 guns, I'm looking at $60-70 for grip screws... a little outrageous
