Is there an underdrive pulley? Friendly advice....now would be good time to mess with it. You can get to it a hell of a lot easier.

It's looking good. Makes me want to ask for a ride after you're done.
No that's the stock pulley. I'm going back with the stock pulley. Not a fan of underdrives.

Maybe we can meet up at one of the meets sometime.

The only time I recommend changing out the crank pulley is if you're going to be turning significantly higher RPM than stock, you need a different balance than factory (LS1 is neutral balance though), or you require SFI compliance.

Or perhaps supercharging? That may be in my future, but further down the road.

Does the car still have an electric drivers side seat? I got the chance to change out the electric seat bracket for a manual. Found the manual one in the v6 car. The electric seat jobber weighs about 40#+. The manual weighs a 1/4 the weight. Incredible chunk of crap and motors.

The 94 has a metal gas tank. I think it's 1995 they went with a plastic tank. Also supposed to lighter. Had thoughts of changing it out.

If I can find a set of 5th gen camaro LT1 front seats. I'm going to jump on it. They delete the seat side airbags. Something like almost a couple of hundred pounds.

Yeah it still has the junk electric seat. I'm looking at options for seat replacement but I'm not going to do that anytime soon unless I find a deal or get a wild hair up my hiney.

FYI, they went to plastic tanks in 99.

That depends on the blower, some of the setups (ATI) actually retain the factory balancer and attach a supplemental pulley to it. Kinda crazy but it apparently works fine. On the LS1 you need a jig to drill a makeshift keyway to keep the pulley from spinning on the crank snout too, since there isn't one from the factory.

Yeah, maybe some day I'll pull the trigger on a TVS. Until then the only PA I'll have is nitrous.

I got tired of filling the bottles and getting crappy fills from some places. I'm still kicking around the idea of whether I want to spend the money or not, and I can't really decide if I want a TVS or a centri.

Calibrated my speedo today for the bigger tires. Was gps 68 at 60 indicated. Highly recommend the calibrator from Tough Country. Was super easy and only cost me $130. Cheaper than a trip to the dealer or a ticket. Speedo is dead nuts now and it’s shifting better as well.
