    Bud's has them for $434 shipped. That is about as cheap as I have found. If I were you I would offer your LGS $450 out the door.

    I am surprised they are selling for so much less that the MVP. That would probably sway me if I was in the market, but...........

    You sure they take AR mags? Ruger's ad says Ruger rotary mags. That would be a deal breaker for me. MVP definitely takes AR mags.

    Would definitely be looking at a Savage in that price bracket.

    I thought those were cheaper.

    Wait until Cabela's runs a special on the model 12fv again (if they do that is). They run about $300 on sale.

    :whip: They need horse whipped. Place here in town has one for $375 with the kryptek. I can't tell ya how many times I've almost bought it. But then I tell myself... I have a 556 ar and i'd have to get a scope for it. I don't need another. But then again... It would be a great first rifle for my boy in about 5yrs.

    Yep. If I am not going to get a Bergara, then I'm getting the Savage when it comes up on sale again.
