Please, no comments about how you’d like to put your pistol in her box!
my reserved mom taught me the old rhyme

(simulate holding rifle over shoulder) this is my rifle

(grab crotch) this is my gun

    (rifle) this is for shooting

    (crotch) this is for fun

I already have enough crap around the house. Keep a bunch of cardboard boxes? No way.

I also don't buy many guns that come in boxes. I'll build usually or buy used and I rarely buy used that has a box.

I am pretty sure most of the boxes we are keeping are plastic.
I just found it amusing that one of my most expensive handguns came in a cardboard box, just like my cheapest.

Don't know how it is today, but most if not all S&W revolvers used to come in blue S&W logo cardboard boxes. My gen 1 Shields came in them.

    You are correct.
The model 10 my father bought me when I was a kid did as well. I think I was 9 or 10.
He bought one for everyone in the family, except he bought a SS model 60 snub for my mom.
    I had forgotten about that.
I still have my mod 10, and my moms mod 60.
I don't recall if the mod 60 has ever been fired.

That gal looks great in a bikini, and kinda ridiculous in a uniform.

Unless the uniform is also a bikini

Well, it appears things have changed a bit up there since my last visit (in 1965). Looks like I might have to revise my opinion.

I wouldn't worry about that. She's a detention/correction, forgot which, officer. Haley Drew by name.
