The illegal immigrants of course, at least I don't believe any citizen children are being separated at the border.
The would be if the citizen parent had warrants or otherwise broke the law such as bringing in drugs. Equal treatment as with immigrants.

All the crying by the democrats blaming the president for a law that was enacted before he took office I've heard, has been the illegal immigrant's children being separated from their parents while they are in jail for breaking the law.

I don't think it's the parents that are making so much noise. Democrat politicians are aiming this at Trump, although it was a law passed by the democrats.
The dems and the MSM are trying to paint this all as a Policy Thing and that Trump's folks can just change their policy. The dems and the MSM lie like dogs. The only policy change that's been made is to actually enforce the law of the land. That's MY kind of policy change. I'm so damn tired of Presidents (and their administrations) who ignore the law and use their pen and their phone instead. Go Trump!

Or if the citizen juvenile committed crimes* and needed to be put into a juvenile detention center. No one is crying "foul" in those circumstances. Why is that?

*actually called Delinquent Conduct, here in Texas.

A Million abortions a year in the US tells me the Dims would just soon flush a kid down a shitter than let him live or burn him to a crisp. IIRC correctly there were 21 kids that died at Waco.
Agree with your premise; however, the difference is in the visuals. People are aware of abortions of course, but the overwhelming majority never witness one.

The visuals of kids in caged areas was pretty powerful and milked to the limit by the MSM, even though the caged area was no doubt for the kids own protection. It is now the cause celebre for the SJWs of our world.

    Here you go -

That’s a good meme; I started to send it to a few people I know. But then decided against it. Just decided anything with HRC’s image on it, isn’t going any further from me. Her time is up. She’s already relegated to the “dust bin of history” as far as I’m concerned.

Now you're giving "dust bins" a bad name...

Yep, this exactly what it is about. And my fear is the low information voters will buy it. And don't kid your self, there are low information repub voters also.

No doubt, but I'm mildly encouraged at how difficult it seems for this issue to gain that much traction. The usual suspects are of course screeching, and louder than usual this time, but a lot more people are sticking by Trump than I would have expected. We'll see.

I wish the White House would do a little better job communicating the rationale. One point I think isn't emphasized nearly enough is that the alternative to separating and holding the asylum seeking families is to release them into the US, on a hope and a prayer that they may or may not show up in X months for their hearing. This is separate and apart from whether the asylum claims are even legit, which is another aspect that's not discussed enough.

But again, a lot more people than I would have expected seem to understand what's at stake here.

Crossing my fingers that Trump doesn't fall for some RINO scam "solution". I'm OK giving a bit of ground on asylums and amnesty for those DACA folks if and only if we get the wall funded and close some of the other nonsense loopholes.

Libs have never been concerned about permanent “separation” caused by abortion.
The hypocrisy is staggering, isn't it? Especially when they start quoting Jesus to justify why we need to keep babies with their mothers. The rhetoric is so eerily similar that I often have to look twice to make sure it's not abortion they're condemning.

The one thing that's evident is that support for the president is climbing which means support against is declining. Democrats get louder in hopes to draw people back and they still have the majority of the MSM to herald their message.
