Wrong. The attorneys win.

I agree with TheMailMan... base value of sold items on gunbroker.com. The book can be high on value. Or find a friendly dealer who will value them for you. What's the general consensus on used firearm pricing as compared to new? I don't want to include any hard to find or valuable type stuff in the discussion, just in general, buy a pistol, want to sell it in a couple of years type thing.
I'm needing to do an inventory with realistic prices for what looks like an impending divorce. Any oddball stuff I might or might not have is much easier to place a value on. I'm more concerned with run of the mill stuff.
Tried looking online and am having issues. Texas gun trader seems to be bare for many items I need to look at. Gunbroker is all over the place with used stuff listed at higher than what you can get it for used.
Is there a general percent of new I can use like 60% - 75%? Is there a better website to find the values? Don't want to buy the book, but also don't want to over value anything. But have to keep it reasonable to avoid a fight.
