You may have to supply a BCG and charging handle depending on what you order.
The other sites are also good sources. I have ordered numerous items from Primary Arms...great people. Ship fast and everything is packed very well.
Also, CDNN has some low cost built uppers.
As far as stripped uppers, you have to look around for the best deal. There are times where Primary arms has a deal where you buy a barrel and they throw in a free stripped upper. Those are usually one day deals.
