ATOKA, Okla. (KXII) -- An Atoka County woman was arrested for trying to break into two different homes.

Police said it was a crime spree that ended when she was held at gunpoint by a homeowner.

A police report stated around 4:30 Sunday morning 46-year-old Angela Leeper broke two windows at the first home. However, she didn't go inside or take anything.

An hour later, they said she broke the window of another home.
Investigators said the homeowners heard the glass break, then found a woman trying to steal their utility vehicle.

The homeowner held her at gunpoint until officers arrived.

Leeper was arrested for three counts of burglary.
