Howdy. I have this problem pretty bad. I get sweaty palms when I do just about anything. Since I don't walk around wearing gloves in my daily life, I looked for something I can actually put on the pistol itself instead of over my hands. The stick on grips doen't do anything for me and neither does stippling. The only thing I have found that works for me is the Hogue rubber grips, or wrap a couple black rubber bands around the grip.

Google “grip enhancer”. Lots of products out there to enhance grip for sports like gymnastics, golf, tennis and even shooting. Brownels sells stuff from a company called Krunch. If you’re looking for stuff that stays on the gun for defensive use. Talon grips, Grip Tape (Dawson Precision) skateboard tape or a soldering iron and a self designed texture pattern.

Baby powder or grab some dirt and rub it between your hands till the dirt dries them off. Brush your hands off and they should be good to go for a little bit.

Other then that, stipple the grip. Then it won't matter if you swamp palm the gun.
Stipple the grip and you have ruined the resale value of the gun for over 1/2 of the population. So if you do, you’d better like the gun a lot

My hands sweat extra muchly. I have 2 solutions which are 100% successful. First choice is aggressive checkering front and back straps (~25 lines per inch) - note that this requires a manly gun and dirty hands. Alternatively, my M&P M2.0 has stippling aggressive enough to support a non-slip grip.

I honestly don’t have a problem really with slippage, it’s just that the sweating is annoying and cumbersome on range and match days. I’m gonna try the no sweat product I ordered and see if that does the trick next time I go. I’ll post which one.

If that doesn’t work I’ll consider a grip like Talon. I may do that anyways.
