    They’ve found him (from Newser):
The unnamed 55-year-old Greenpeace protester paraglided over Trump's Turnberry resort Friday evening as the US president arrived, bearing a sign that said: "Trump: Well Below Par."

Of course, since it took place at a ‘Golf resort’, golfers were quick to point out, being “well BELOW par” is a GOOD thing in Golf!
Maybe this guy is just pissed due to never having been given a name, and now he’s become an attention-seeking whore out of spite.

There are numerous threat scenarios that could have been been implemented by the person on that vehicle which shall remain unnamed. It should have been shot down prior to arrival in the extreme risk area.....

Exactly. The guy had already demonstrated he was willing to violate the “no fly zone”. And without the ability to physically intercept and apprehend him, the SS should have taken measures to stop the threat. This whole thing could have played out much more disastrously and at such a time and with such speed, the SS reaction would have been too late.
