The Toz, and all free pistols except the ones I collect, are plunging in price. That listing is way below what it would have been 4+ years ago. Why? The IOC forced free pistol off the Olympic schedule and the game is plummeting in popularity. ISSF people like shooting in games where they can fantasize that they might make it to the Olympics. Since Free Pistol is no longer part of that world the price of used pistols is down and new pistols in inventory aren't moving.

Give it a while and it'll be like it was back when the ISSF outlawed .22 Short pistols for the rapid fire event. Those pistols might have cost near $2K when they were new but you can quite literally pick them up for less than one tenth that price these days in Europe.

The free pistols I collect are American-made. If anyone gets a line on a Green, Electroarm or High Standard, I'd love to hear about it. Since only about a dozen High Standards were made, I know I can never have a complete collection but it's fun to dream.

BTW - Thanks for thinking of me.

Take it for what it's worth, YMMV and always do your own due diligence, but I've read reviews that complained about the finish on these Remingtons rusting.
Could be why it’s a sub-$300 gun. Personally, it’s not my cup of tea, but some may drink it.
what do you expect from a company that emerged from bankruptcy in May of this year?

If the Mossberg 12Ga was this low, I'd take 2.

I'm pretty sure I saw an ad on Texas gun trader saying they were giving ammo away before the gun show tomorrow morning. Something about some 90 year old hoarder and his family just getting rid of it. Can't find the ad now and have to work anyway. If anyone goes, I claim a commission! Haha

The listing seems to have come down, but here is what I found cached, though it's 9:41 and probably already gone. Looks like it's all reloads.

In the parking lot at the gun show we have close to 500 pounds of ammo that we need to get rid of. We helped a family clear out their Dads home. He is in his 90's and a major horder. He was a reloader from hell. His family sold 22,000 of lead, yes that is right. Last week we were able to get first load of about 1200 pound to a shooting range, but they can't take any more. The rules will be this, you must be 21, and there will be no picking over, if there is a coffee can with 357 and 45, you have to take the whole can. There is 30-06,8mm,9mm,38,357,7mm, 30 carbine, and so own, but you have to take the can or box, no picking. The ammo in the metal ammo cans will have to be put into your container, we need to keep the cans and wooden boxes. Are we crazy, no just need the truck empy. I think the is 348,and 444 in there also pot luck guys.
