Well, yesterday was crappy. For some reason I couldn't spot LaGrave field where parking was free, and buses run every 15 minutes. Drove into downtown, found a parking garage and parked. I had to huff it like 15 blocks, and I'm outta shape.

Made it to my 8:30 jury duty appointment at 9:00....just as they were getting started. I was REALLY needing water, got a couple of sips out of a water fountain...but I really needed a bottle. Fortunately, my torture didn't last long, as 74 of us were sent home about 10:45.

I walked back to what I was 90% sure was the parking garage. I climbed the stairs to the 4th level. I was worn out, so I took a 5 minute break on the stairs.

I then proceed to walk all over level 4, (two or three times), and I can't find my truck. I call security and I guy shows up on a bike. He takes off and he's gone for 45 minutes. I'm stuck waiting, but I really wanted to look for my truck (and get some damn water!)

Finally, a guy comes up and says they couldn't find my truck. He says they looked on 5 and 6....(WTF? Why would I be there thinking I was on 4?) So he goes: " We'll look on 3, then go look in garage #1." Then he said:"You didn't park on an upramp did you?"

Long story short, we go down to 3, then to the upramp to 4, and there's my truck. Guy said it happens pretty often, well why in the hell didn't y'all look there when I said I was on 4? The columns say 4..but maybe that's the next level?

I also lost my filled out paperwork somewhere downtown. I HATE downtown...they only need 4 frigging one-way streets ....N,S,E, and West heading out of that nightmare!
