Democrats buried a bill inside of the massive state budget just signed by the governor to give a pass to anyone convicted of a crime (murder, rape, arson you name it) if they are deemed to be suffering from a treatable mental disorder (like anxiety)
Of course if you are a totally sane law abiding citizen and they catch you with a plastic straw, you are toast.
