There is an inside story going around that the reason that Di Fi sat on the letter all this time and just now revealed it is that the accuser had sent an almost identical letter to her office when Neil Gorsuch was being confirmed , claiming that he had done those things to her.

Bottom line is that the Dems know she is bat crap looney, and they are going to let it play out and try to delay and damage Judge Kavanaugh enough to sway weak Republicans like Collins to vote against him.
These people are seditious and evil to the core. It’s part of the deep state coup that is taking place before our eyes.

The accuser will be exposed for the lying , Bernie supporter that she is.

Wouldn't that be amazing if true? I think if true we would hear more about it than just internet rumor. Time will tell. This story seems to be losing steam on the major networks, but not cable news news. But bet she shows up on Monday for the hearing. She and the Dems know if she doesn't, the vote will move forward and he'll be confirmed. She'll show for the hearing as a way to extend an investigation into this matter.

Now she says she won't do anything unless an FBI investigation is done first.

First, as others have pointed out, this would fall within local jurisdiction and the statute of limitations has expired. I fail to see how the FBI has any jurisdiction or reason to investigate (not that this has stopped them before).

Second, time to hold the vote. Call the RINO's bluff.

Third, need to get the RINO's who are not retiring off these critical committees.

Dems never were worried about the truth of the claim, this was their goal all along. Wait on an FBI investigation which would take years.

RINO's now mostly (Flake, Corker) saying if she doesn't show Monday, they will support a vote.

So if this is true, it would tend to support the case that Mitch McConnell did, in fact, have ‘a plan’ to handle Feinstein! I sometimes think he just stumbles and bumbles his way into good fortune via the ‘Luck gods’ smiling favorably on him. Cause this lady ain’t gona show. She’s not gona do anything where she has to testy “under oath” and run the risk of going to jail on a perjury charge. (Just ask Gen Mike Flynn about that!)

I'm surprised Feinstein didn't call for a Mueller investigation, then it cost millions of dollars and would last for years assuredly.

These traitorous bastards(Demoncraps) are gonna keep this alive as long as they can. It's obvious they will do ANYTHING to keep this good man from being confirmed to the SCOTUS.

Looks like Senator Grassley has finally thrown down the gavel on Ms Ford. She has been invited to testify on Monday however as is the rule, she must provide a written copy of her testimony and her biography by Friday morning. So we may actually know if she’s planning to attend the hearing on Monday if she doesn’t provide this written information by Friday morning.

Judge Kavanaugh has already committed to attend and give his testimony. Then (I believe) Grassley has scheduled the subcommittee vote for Tuesday.

    From WSJ:

WASHINGTON—Senate Republicans said Wednesday they would push forward with their efforts to confirm Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, and a White House spokesman said the administration was going “full steam ahead” to support him even as concerns persisted that a sexual-assault allegation against the nominee could stall or block his confirmation.

Spokesman Raj Shah said that the White House intends to “see what happens” at next week’s planned hearing before the Senate judiciary Committee and won’t look at naming any replacement nominee unless there is a clear need.

Republican leaders in the Senate continued to seek the testimony of the woman who has accused Judge Kavanaugh of sexual assault, which he has denied. Earlier, Republicans rejected calls from her attorneys and Democrats for an investigation of the allegations as a condition for her appearing on Capitol Hill at the hearing scheduled for Monday.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) said the hearing concerning the allegations would start at 10 a.m. Monday, and pressed Judge Kavanaugh’s accuser, California college professor Christine Blasey Ford, to testify. In a letter to her lawyers, he gave her a deadline of 10 a.m. Friday to submit her biography and prepared remarks if she planned to testify. There was no immediate response from her legal team.
    ...
The Senate hasn’t set a new date for the judiciary committee vote, but time is running short ahead of the new Supreme Court session, by which time the GOP wants Judge Kavanaugh confirmed. If the committee vote on the nomination were held Monday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell could then file for cloture Tuesday. That would start the clock on debate that would then lead to a procedural vote on Thursday and a final, full-Senate confirmation vote by late Friday, Sept. 28, assuming Democrats use all of their allotted time.

    The Boy Who Cried Wolf
    letterb.gif

There once was a shepherd boy who was bored as he sat on the hillside watching the village sheep. To amuse himself he took a great breath and sang out, "Wolf! Wolf! The Wolf is chasing the sheep!"

The villagers came running up the hill to help the boy drive the wolf away. But when they arrived at the top of the hill, they found no wolf. The boy laughed at the sight of their angry faces.

"Don't cry 'wolf', shepherd boy," said the villagers, "when there's no wolf!" They went grumbling back down the hill.

Later, the boy sang out again, "Wolf! Wolf! The wolf is chasing the sheep!" To his naughty delight, he watched the villagers run up the hill to help him drive the wolf away.

When the villagers saw no wolf they sternly said, "Save your frightened song for when there is really something wrong! Don't cry 'wolf' when there is NO wolf!"

But the boy just grinned and watched them go grumbling down the hill once more.

Later, he saw a REAL wolf prowling about his flock. Alarmed, he leaped to his feet and sang out as loudly as he could, "Wolf! Wolf!"

But the villagers thought he was trying to fool them again, and so they didn't come.

At sunset, everyone wondered why the shepherd boy hadn't returned to the village with their sheep. They went up the hill to find the boy. They found him weeping.

"There really was a wolf here! The flock has scattered! I cried out, "Wolf!" Why didn't you come?"

An old man tried to comfort the boy as they walked back to the village.

"We'll help you look for the lost sheep in the morning," he said, putting his arm around the youth, "Nobody believes a liar...even when he/she is telling the truth!"
