That's what Jeremy says. He says I'm not even fat, but I am so shy about myself, that the flatter/skinnier I am, the better. I've seen enough dancers roll out there with their gut hanging out. I just don't want to be in that class. It's difficult to see movements like undulations and belly rolling with a big gut.

I have watched every video Jeremy has posted here or on YouTube, and I see no reason to worry. Of course, the only time I’ve ever seen you in person you were wearing a huge coat, as we all were.

Fasting is very hard on your body, I understand concerns, but I suspect that is the reason you feel poorly. You may be losing fat, but your body can't keep up with your energy level.

Your right and I do know that. Today especially has been rough. I'm working ER today and we've already had 3 different traumas. I'm exhausted.
Though, fasting is actually a good reset when for 24 for 48 hours. Yes I know, I'm way past that. But I can't help it. I'm just too dang shy about myself. Trying to keep these standards in today's world is frustrating.

Well, Jeremy and I are hosting a bellydance workshop this Saturday. I tend to fast for a week or 2 before an event so I don't have jiggles where there shouldn't be. I'm highly self conscience of my body

Try high protein, low fat energy bars. Coffee may wake you up, but it doesn't really give you the energy you need.

Man.... I think it's based upon where and how you live. I do believe that everyone should have records of their serial numbers of all their guns. It's one thing to get one stolen. It's another to not have records of it.

Leaving a gun/rifle in your vehicle is a way of life in my "neck of the woods"

Thank you, I'm terrible about recording serial numbers. But it's definitely on my to do list, and I was just thinking about that.
