Got Plastic eatin' utensils, foam like plates, and a few rolls of paper towels picked up today. Looked for throwaway bowls too but they didn't have any on the shelf today. I'll look again in a week or so.

So, how does everyone feel about spaghetti with hamburger meat? I kind of want to make crockpot spaghetti and hamburger for this meet. Jeremy is making his sausage cheese balls and I thought they might go great with spaghetti.

I still don't know if I'm going to be able to go at this point. Wanna doesn't mean can, and my financial and health issues are a concern.

Prolly not exactly the right place for this, but what is the normal time frame for these things? A couple of hours, a couple of days? ( Not the potluck, the meet.)

IDK....I thought that was called spaghetti and meatballs , or spaghetti and meat sauce?

Now, go eat something and save that fasting for the days before the meat... errr...meet.

From before opening until closing, if you want. OTOH, many folks show up at 10, shoot a bit, eat, shoot a bit, and leave. It's as much of an outing as you want to make it. Heck, if it's all you can do I'd encourage you to stop by in the morning even if it's just for an hour just to put some faces with screen names. There are, of course, always exceptions but pretty much everybody who is going to come will be there by 10.

If I can be there (uncertain at the moment), I'd very much like to meet you.

Regardless of what time you get there and how long you stay, most count it worth the trip.
It is a one day thing. How long you stay is up to you. What and how much you shoot is up to you. Some just show up and socialize. Some of us do a lot of both.
It is nice in that we get to meet FTF and put a face and personality to screen names and posts.

I've never heard anyone legitimately complain about a meet after the fact. Maybe a few things happen that people aren't always crazy about, but overall people always enjoy themselves. It's like a family reunion!

My best friend in high school went to his family reunion to pick up girls, found his first serious love, and the two of them needed a hose turned on 'em for the next year.

We don't get along that well. :)
    Belly laugh. Thanks Ben.

I may have complained about the weather, but it was good food and good people. Oh yeah, and I thought about pocketing Moonpie's SA 45 revolver. Sweet shooter.

I've never understood this...( well, really, I have, but.. ), say 28 people.... now how much food? In theory , all you need is all YOU can eat. Not 28 people . If all 28 bring enough food to feed one other person, ... wouldn't that be enough?

Are you following me? Say it's trade sandwich day. Wouldn't you just need one sandwich? Don't have to give the freeloaders a sandwich , right?
