Can't fix stupid. Isn't one of the "common sense rules" to avoid becoming a victim or potentially having to use a weapon to protect yourself (concealed carry) is: stay away from stupid people, stay out of the wrong part of town/establishments and don't be outside or in questionable areas late at night or early morning.
Obviously, someone did not get the memo. Truly sad and rather unnecessary.

My opinion is the armed guys should’ve known when to carefully walk away. They had the upper hand.
Dude that ended up dead was asking for it. Sooner or later he was gonna end up killed by them or someone else.
As bad as it’s gonna sound, if someone threatens to shoot someone else. Then they keep threatening and get shot, at least the shooter kept their word. Empty threats can cause problems.

Evidently the dude had serious rage issues.
Many previous run-ins with the law.
Even some Facebook postings raging about the mailman being a Peeping Tom.
