Trump is our last president. Whatever happens after this. There's no going back. Our government is full of socialist and it'll be Damn near impossible to get rid of them all. What's left will dig deeper.

So as China slams us and our biggest companies with propaganda. They're killing us from within.

We're a frog hair away from becoming ungovernable. Where everything go's. There will be nothing but back stabbing treasonous crap.

You and I had a good run. Long live Norman Rockwell.
    Damn. You ok there?

I like to think our politics, pop culture and values were always this screwed up. It’s just easier to see now.

You can’t change society. All you can change is yourself. We’ll be alright.

    Ya, ya.

Sort of like saying I'd rather break a femur that break a cervical vertebrae.

Both f**k up your life and suck really really badly.
How did trump negatively effected you?

Obama caused AR shortages, banned my cheap surplus 5.45x39, ruined buying ammo a few times and caused me to actually spend money on a health insurance plan that I don’t need/want/use. Hillary would have been more of the same.

    No ammo shortages since trump.

Nope, a butterfly flaps it's wings over the ocean , and thousands of miles away , a tsunami kills thousands.

We can get a lot of butterflies!!! Yeah ! That's it!!!

    That place east of Waco....
Then the working man will be forced to shut the country down. We will have to take a stand & not work & go protest in the streets like they do in 3rd world countries. The problem is ... getting us all together to be willing to not have a pay check for a few weeks.
Maybe we can make ends meet by raidin a few of Soros' mansions for supplies......to each according to his needs and all that.

Let me tell you how Obama did. I was working on multi-million dollar homes for multi-millionaires and billionaires.

When a Democrat gets in office, the rich just keep their money in their pockets.

I thought I could weather 4 years, but 8 put me out of business.

Ever notice the pigeons living on your roof?

Attitudes like yours & JR are what cost Hillary the White House.

    BRD@66,

Fwiw, IF Hillary ROTTEN Clinton had have won, I was "sitting on ready" to retire OCONUS & NOT return.
WHEN/IF another Statist/LEFTIST like her wins the WH, I'm out of here.
(I have way too many good friends in a dozen places to have to put up with living in "what was once a FREE Republic".)

Fwiw, on the night before the election when it seemed that she might win, I said to my beloved at supper, "Well Honey, you have about 3 weeks to pack & get ready to leave the former USA, IF the Wicked Witch of the East wins."

She looked across the dining table, smiled & said, "I can do it in a week to 10 days, IF we have to."

Needless to say, later on Election night there was GENERAL REJOICING at our house.

    I UNDERSTAND.

At 71YO & with a sick lady to care for, I'm unable to fight much, though I could surely lead GUERRILLAS if it ever came to that.
(PLEASE Dear God, Do NOT let it come to that!!!!)

    Me?

Trump has been good for me personally.

I, like a number of people here, are rising above what's good for "Me".
I've reached a point in life that I don't vote a single issue (like guns) nor do I vote for what is self serving.

I'll vote for who is an intellectual leader and who is best for this country.
Trump isn't it. Hillary wasn't either.

Trump is an immoral, narcissistic, bigoted man.
I put morality high on my required qualifications.
Any guy that is banging a porn star (I can't eat mushrooms anytime soon) while his wife is breastfeeding their infant son is irredeemable.

What bothers me, as a bedrock issue, is that he's just not very bright.

Trump isn't even close to being Ted Cruz' intellectual equal so he resorted to the schoolyard bully tactic of demeaning name calling. What ever happened to old "Lyin' Ted" Cruz, anyway?
Our president's 7th grade mental capacity! Great.

Put Pence in the Oval Office. I was a Cruz supporter over Hillary and Trump.
I've not altered my attitude one iota.

I on the other hand can care less about Trump's personal life. When I voted for Trump it was that he is a successful businessman and I felt this country needed to be run more like a successful business rather then a popularity contest. I am also very tired of the "political correctness" that has infested this country and Trump is anything other than politically correct. I do believe Trump to be very intellectual, he just isn't eloquent in his delivery, in other words, he tells it like it is and doesn't try to smooth it over with double speak. Trump is out to make America successful, to put America first. I am so tired of seeing our politicians worried about other countries over the United States, I've seen that for the past eight years and it sickened me.

Yes, Trump is not a politician, but to me, I am past hoping a politician can actually get something done without bringing this country further down.

If he wants to be re-elected he needs to stay of Twitter. Also, the sunset tax breaks for the middle-class is not going to do him any favors. I suspect based on those two things, he is a one term president.

Not every President needs to serve 2 terms. Maybe he'll shake up the Status quo enough that his replacement can get in office without running under a paticular party line and get even more done.

This government needs a serious overhaul. I love this Country and respect any man that holds office but, might as well Tweet. I would , if I was into that. I don't mince words and neither does Trump.

Trump is not a stupid man. You don't get rich by being stupid. He's not an Obama or Beto slivered tonque devil. I just think he could do even more, but I'm not sure exactly what he's up to yet.
