Was that one of those Mossberg Shockwave guns? I would like to se the pics of Aaron's face. It looked like it did the trick. I mean you really gotta have anger and mental issues to threaten some rednecks already holding guns. Looks like they did what Abilene PD could not do.
Kudos to them. No bill them and stop wasting tax dollars. It's a true shame Aaron and *itch of a wife had kids though. They are screwed either way.

So, who started the altercation, the dead guy or the shooters?
Was it the dead guy that threw the mattress away, and the father and son started complaining about it while holding guns?
If that's the case, then ruh roh......

The article I read quoting the camera holder.

Dead guy tossed mattress in dumpster.

2 topless guys took mattress out of dumpster. Placed it on dead guys property.

Dead guy was putting matress back in dumpster when altercation started....

IMO it boils down to who’s dumpster it was...

If true then it sounds like the shooters initiated it.

Dunno. I've bought a new bed a couple or three years ago, delivery of the new one and pickup of the old one included. On the day of the delivery, I took the old one apart, and carried the mattresses downstairs and leaned them against the dumpster. Seconds later one of the maintenance guys tells me I can't do that. We argued for a little while, I promised they'd be picked up within the hour, he didn't care, so I wound up carrying them back upstairs.
Nobody got shot or threatened, and nowadays he greats me in the most respectful and friendly words.

Let’s suppose that the Millers started the war of words but during the exchange of words, Howard brought threats to kill and weapons and actions, causing the Millers to react in self defense.
Does “who started it” have any legal bearing on the use of deadly force in self defense?
