I suspect that the REAL reason is that the GOP's pollsters tell them that "Beto, "the PHONY Latino" has NO CHANCE to win against Ted Cruz. = NO point in spending the $$$$$$$$.
(The last real poll that I've seen shows Beto 12 points behind & going no place but to DEFEAT.)

When it became generally known that Beto is PRO-ABORTION (A large part of the Latino community is Roman Catholic & STOUTLY PRO-LIFE.) & ANTI-2nd Amendment, he was FINISHED.
(My prediction is Cruz by 25 points.)

My wife took me to Fairfield, and I was surprised to see one Beto sign up. His chances don't look good.

It’s what politics have come to. Bragging about accomplishments that don’t mean anything. Gosh for bid voters research and read about who their thinking of voting for and laws being voted on. Why does that matter though? Psssh, read...think for myself...please. He’s cool, he rides a skateboard.

Politicians have always been feeding people snake oil and it’s very telling of a society that glamorizes them the way we do now.

Ted Cruz along with the Paul family and Pence, a couple others, are the few exceptions that would put the constitution over money.
