Speaking of new Glocks, did y’all see the “innovative” new G45? It’s a black 19X with out the lanyard loop, and with serrations on the front of the slide.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, this is a golf thread. Fore!!!!!

I play once a year on average. Not into playing because I am awful at it, but I do follow it. I saw that Tiger won. Good to see it. I still don't think he catches Jack.

    Out here by the lake!
I worked as a greens keeper while in High School. That caused me to have zero love for golf. Ever since I looked at golf courses as the waste of what could be a great shooting range. I think driving around on a golf kart with the guns shooting various target would be way more appealing to me. Hell sub gun & gongs from the kart would down right be cool as it gets!

I use to eat, sleep and breath golf. I was a single digit handicap. Best I ever shot was 71, which was par. My goal was to have one round in the 60's. Never made it.

    I thoroughly enjoy golf because it's a mental/precision sport.

Tiger is "da man". Always will be. Glad to see him win again. He has the taste of blood again.....
I am 75 and I hope to shoot my age this year. My Dad first shot his age a 75. It is harder than I thought. I have shot a lot less but I had a lot less years on my.

The last time I touched a set of golf clubs(irons). I was handing them out to a bunch of black guys. Who in turn put a single club in each of their trunks. Putters, driving irons.

Well not everyone put theirs in the trunk. The neighbor keeps two behind his door.

I did have some carbon fiber 'woods' but we busted them all to $hit playing beer can golf in the road.

So that's the extent of my golfing.

A 75 at 75yrs is some damn good golf!
It is damn good if I can do it. But, I have to let you know that I have started playing from the Senior Tees. And, it really doesn't make that much difference. My Tee shots are about where the younger guys put theirs from the white. I still have to get from the fairway to the green and hole out. Of course, I have to use longer fairway clubs which means more control. I am playing about 80 to 83 right now.

Its usually a charity thing, so all over. From some course in Houston, to some course in Mid-cities. One of them was Cascada in Vegas. That was a pretty awesome course.

So, that would be no. My "home" course was Z Boaz, which in it's infinite knowledge, the city has now turned into a park for homeless druggies.
My second was Glen Garden.Home course for a few local legends. You may have heard of them ; Byron Nelson and Ben Hogan.

Third was Pecan Valley. Funny thing about Pecan Valley, never turn your back on your bags. Once upon a time, some golfers decided to feed the squirrels with pecans they had stashed in their golf bags. Others followed suit. Now, it's been a long time ago, so I don't know if it's still happening, but, those dadgum tree rats would raid your golf bags looking for pecans.

BTW: Them you're a peein's be kickin' our beehinds.

I saw a bit of that on Saturday. We didn't have a good showing.
