This Browning Hi-Power Mk III 9mm pistol is made in Belgium by FN and also comes with TEN 13-round magazines. The original box and manual, both in great condition, are included. I am the original owner as I purchased this pistol new in box in 1994. It is in mint condition as it has had only about 100 rounds fired through it. It can easily pass as new in box as there are no signs of any wear and tear on the pistol nor is it dirty or uncleaned as I meticulously clean all my weapons after each use. This is an all steel pistol which has all the improvements and enhancements that FN rolled out on the Mk III which was the last version that was released of the Hi-Power. The frame is the reinforced steel .40 S&W design so it is a very strong and robust frame especially with it firing 9mm rather then the hotter .40 S&W. Also this pistol is 100% stock with no modifications or substitutions of any parts.
So you may ask, why the low usage over the last 24 years? Shortly after buying this pistol (and a 1911 that I got as well) I purchased a Beretta 92FS which immediately became my favorite pistol so everything else fell out of favor in comparison to the Beretta. I purchased extra magazines for the Hi-Power in anticipation of regular use but that never happened so here it is up for sale.
A while back FN announced that they ended production of the Hi-Power so this is a great chance to get the real thing rather than one of the questionable Hi-Power clones that are out there from other companies.
