    Probably a 6.5oz. / 10 and 12oz bottles didn't come out until 1955. He died 1940.
    Good to know. Whatever size bottle was standard in those days, his hands were big enough to completely hide one. I assume that even the 6.5 oz bottles are tall enough that his hands must have been absolutely huge.
