No surprise there. Let’s see if the Texas Democrat Party suffers any *real* legal repercussions for this sort of activity. Someone should go to jail over this kind thing but I’m highly skeptical that’ll ever happen!

The sad part is there’s probably nothing illegal about what their doing.

But the alien who votes after having registered as a citizen is is violating federal law and can face an $100K fine and up to a year in the federal pound you in the donkey prison.

Way to go Ds; get out the vote and set up your constituents to become criminals.

Yeah, I got that from the article but I’m not so sure about that. If it could be proven the DP knew the addressees weren’t citizens and the US citizen box was pre-checked (which an ink analysis on multiple forms could potentially prove that point), then they could possibly get the DP on conspiracy to commit fraud. There may be other angles/law violations that could be used too. But as I said in a prior post, I’ll be surprised if anything comes of it.

Actually, they deported a Catholic Priest over that. He voted when was a Resident Alien, let alone an illegal alien. I am just glad I am alive, so I can vote Republican. If I was dead, I would probably still be casting votes for Kennedy.
