Morning all. Called the credit card company and the money order issuer. The credit card issuer dropped the $27 late fee ( coulda swore it was $47?).

Money order place told me how to get a refund, but that could take up to 2 weeks.

Haven't been to the post office yet, but I can't imagine that's going to be very fruitful.

Mom's broke and her card is locked up too. My sister is bringing her over a FedEx package to take to the bank and get notorized, then when it gets back to whoever, I guess they wire transfer her share of the money from the ranch sale.

Meanwhile, bills are due, funds are low, so I guess I'm pawn shop bound.

ANNNNNND.....OF COURSE, IT'S RAINING CATS AND DOGS.

Ask about a payment plan with the utility companies, or a small loan/credit card before you go pawn. I'm extremely familiar with pawn loans through personal experience. This is not the time of year to be getting caught up in that game. That's better to do in the spring/summer, if you have to.

Thanks, I already called city hall. I'm eligible for a 10 day extension, but I have to go down today with my ID. Cutt-off date is Monday. So, water bill is handled ( providing I do that ).

I don't mind the pawn shop thing. Rather pay $60 in a month than not have $50 cash right now.

Probably need to switch gas tanks and see if I have gas in the front tank.(should be $10 worth in there, but gauge doesn't work.)

I'll get by. Might even borrow some money from those friends Billy doesn't think I have.
