^ Most important thing to keep in mind: This is, above all, a "TURN OUT", issue.

If Trump's base turns out to vote in 16 days from today, the dim's will not prevail in the House. It's that simple.

    Yes, it's that simple ...
why wait 16 days? I voted today, it was the biggest early vote line i have seen.

Most states have early voting and a few have all mail in voting, thankfully Texas isn't one of the few that don't have early voting. Votes won't be counted until November.

The Pandering Fake Latino’s campaign has been sued in USDC Dallas for violating FCClaw on unsolicited texts.

Per Law360 : “Beto For Texas Campaign Sued Over Election Robotexts “. Law360 (October 22, 2018, 6:37 PM EDT) --

Democratic Rep. Beto O'Rourke's campaign to unseat Republican Sen. Ted Cruz in Texas was slapped with a proposed class action on Friday alleging that the organization sent prospective voters unwanted, automated text messages, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Texan Sameer Syed claims he received at least nine text messages this year from the Beto For Texas campaign. “

"Defendant never had permission to text or call plaintiff's cellular telephones," they never had the recipient's consent.”

The case is Syed v. Beto for Texas, case number 3:18-cv-02791, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas (Dallas).

BTW: it’s $500 per and 3x if intentional if proved
In my case they kept sending them to me when I told them to stop.

Interesting to see if some lawyer will attempt to take it to class action status

This lawsuit IS filed as a CLASS ACTION. And everyone I know got several texts addressed to someone else on their phone - obvious ruse. As far as I am concerned - it has solid grounds as a class action for violating Robo calls.

Good, hope it proceeds ... but politician's have a way of making themselves above such laws.

10 of the 12 Judges in that District Court were appointed by Republicans; two, including the Chief Judge by billary ... a good sign?

I just looked it up on PACER and the case has been randomly assigned to US Judge Sam Lindsey - former Dallas City Attorney before becoming a federal judge. I have found Judge Lindsey allows you to make your arguments and he carefully considers the merits before deciding. He is a minority but he has never been anything to my knowledge other than a pretty damned good lawyer. Don’t believe he’d go out of bounds to help the Fake Pandering Latino.

Ouch! There were 10 machines and three people voting ahead of me yesterday. In and out within 10 minutes. Being that it was the next building over from my area at work, I could have come back if it was busy.

My county has 20 early voting places and 1.2 million registered voters. They said they beat the entire early voting record of 30k yesterday alone.. which means over 30 thousand people voted yesterday.

Yeah, I'm predicting this to be the biggest turnout for any election nationwide.

The Dallas News quotes several “experts” who say political robotexts or calls are exempt from commercial prohibitions the law prohibits.

My wife and I voted this PM. The line was only abt b 100' long. Yesterday it was around the block. I've never seen anything like it. That was in solid red county, Van Zandt. It looked like the old folks home and farmers were out in force.

'Top of the hill, Kerr County!
Dearly beloved and I voted yesterday in the little community of Ingram, Tx simply because it's never very crowded (and it wasn't). But my understanding from a friend was that the main voting place in downtown Kerrville was extremely crowded all day.

I believe there is a direct correlation between the lunacy of the democrats and sane people not wanting them in power.
