Leftover lamb stew.
Dawico's (wife's) deviled eggs were inspired by Tina416 (Orbitup's wife).
I always want to be sure she gets credit for them.
They are delicious.

Yeah, we had it Sunday night .
So we found some zero carb jalapeno sausage marked 50% off at Randalls. Bought all of it

Cooked with duck eggs
Grilled with sauteed peppers, onions, & oyster mushrooms
Oven roasted with rutabaga
Pan seared with brussels (also a stuffed pepper from the garden)
Cooked with black eyed peas in a pork stock with some more garden peppers

Dayum ... can hardly wait for dinner now.
Next it was grilled sausage & stuffed pepper with sauerkraut and mustard...
...but tonight I made pressure cooked ribs with with cabbage. Turned out soupier than I wanted, but still tasted great. This is only the second thing I've made in this electric pressure cooker, so I'm still learning it's idiosyncrasies.
Beans on Monday.
Cranberry beans.
Soaked for a couple hours, chopped onion, chicken broth cubes, half a whole jalapeno, crushed pepper, garlic powder and some other assorted spices.
Pressure cooked on the high setting for 25mins.
Jalapeno cornbread with some sharp cheddar cheese shreds mixed in.

bbq. This stuff is surprisingly edible for my taste buds.
