Ordered this interesting bronze framed 92, which I hope will arrive on Monday.

To hold me over for the next couple of days, I picked this up at the local pawn shop

Might pick up an M9A1 this weekend too.. we'll have to see if we can come to an agreeable price.. right now the seller wants a little too much.

This arrived yesterday, and it's a looker! Now I'm wondering if I should even shoot it, or just toss straight into the safe (I have other 92s). I'm also trying to figure out where I can find more info on this thing.

Beretta USA doesn't seem to understand the part #, and I can't tell for sure if this is an aftermarket / 3rd party cerakote job, a more limited edition or just a garden 92 with a purrdy color.

I've googled and googled but I can't find any reviews that might be of help.. and like I said, can't find any mention of it on the Beretta site by PN. Anyone seen one before, know anything about origin, date of manufacture.. etc.?

There are on sale and in stock at a few online stores, so I'm guessing they are not any sort of limited edition.

I should pull it out of the box and take some proper pics.... but I think about doing that last night, and how I'm in my anti-gun corporate office so... gonna have to wait.. :/

View attachment 155369 Ruger LCP2 Had a lot of fun shooting this today. My first .380, never really wanted one until this gen 2 Ruger came out. Very nice trigger, easy to shoot, sights are OK.

I never wanted one either until my son got one. Now I keep it in my pocket all the time. Shoots well, and it’s small enough that I forget it’s there, which can be a really bad thing when I’m some place I really shouldn’t be carrying.

Nice! I had a Beretta PICO .380 for about 4 days... neither me nor the misses could hit a barn with it. That looks like it shoots fine and I hear they are good guns. Might have to look into one of those, since I now have 2 boxes .380 and nothing that properly runs them. Cool stuffs.

I regularly shoot mine out to 20 yards.

The sights are fixed (wish they were adjustable) but the trigger is very good. The elevation was perfect, but I was shooting a little left, so a slight hold to the right was right on.

The good folks at Gun Connection in Taylor sold it for $279 and that's about the going price.
