Morning all, gotta get the RV packed and ready. Headed over to Natchitoches, LA in the AM for the weekend. Meeting up with a bunch of Cajuns to see the Christmas Lights and eat Cajun food. I can already taste the fresh fried pies from the market there. And that bunch loves to cook, it'll be a 15 lb weekend.
