    To All,

At 72YO, I wish NOBODY dead but I surely want RBG to figure out that she should RETIRE & SOON, so that the USA will have a NEW & fully CAPABLE new Justice of the SCOTUS.
(My mother lived to over 98YO & at one time was VERY BRIGHT but "slipped mentally" in her last 5 years. - Justice Ginburg's last interview that I saw reminded me of mother's last couple of years, all too well.)

She'll never retire, the only way she'll give up her Supreme Court seat is when she's actually dead (which could have already happened, we all know how chickens will run around after they've had their head cut off!).
Sometimes the body can not achieve what the mind can percieve. I have not followed too closely but I would be surprised if she returns to the bench. I think press is playing down reports on her health. I think she is in pretty bad shape.

    San Antonio!

I am sure her ego is writing checks her body can't cash (sorry Maverick!), but it's being fueled by the recent movie On the Basis of Sex (horrible title) about her role in Moritz v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue involving an unmarried man who was denied a $600 tax deduction for payment for his aging mother's caretaker, meaning once again she's the left's shiny nickel at the moment.

They will pump RBG full of Ensure and anything else they can think of to delay the inevitable opportunity for Trump to nominate another Supreme Court justice, just as they did everything in the book (and out of it) for Brett Kavanaugh.

These are mean and spiteful individuals who don't give a shit about this country, only getting their way. She and her compatriots are a plight comparable to the Dust Bowl of the 1930s. The sooner she is off the bench, the better!

Agree! If you are ineffective to do your job, you are "dead wood", what we used to call those that were kept in a position yet wouldn't be allowed to do the job of that position in fear it would be detrimental to the progress of the job. I've seen it too many times when working for the government. The "dead wood" should be removed, it only drains the taxpayer.

I don't see a whole lot of sympathy from the left when Conservatives are injured or die.

Recall Steve Calise being shot by mad leftists or what was said on the left when Supreme Anton Scalia died?

I heard moans of pleasure from the left.....so when ginsburg kicks the bucket, I won't be overwrought with sadness.

    Mowingmaniac24/7,

While you are 100% CORRECT about how the DIMocRATS acted when Justice Scalia passed away, I like to think that we conservatives are "BETTER" than to be "jumping up & down, cheering & hooting about" and/or "loudly toasting & celebrating" anyone's death.
