$9,000???? That's it??? Should have been at least $25,000.

In the ruling there are 6 specific dates listed and awarded $1,500 for each of those. Then it says the "Plantiff did not meet its burden to establish a violation on any other date." Paxton was asking for $750k. I'm thinking that maybe there was actual photo evidence of the illegal signage on the dates listed and the Judge is letting Austin of the hook for the other 494 days, which is stupid what did he think they took the signs down on those days.

I guess in the future when you report illegal signage stop by as many days as possible and photograph the violation.

Absolutely. This may set a precedent. COA fined for six verifiable instances where they refused to let license holders in with handguns.

Let’s play their game. Next time a sign goes up 1,000 people with licenses need to show up and get denied entry.

Why assume they even take the signs in question down? See if they’re in contempt.

Read closer. The six days in question were when the AG's undercover investigators were denied entry. There was no proof of any other days when entry was denied. Signs don't count, denial of entry does.

Remington or Mossberg? Remington now makes a semi-auto five round version in that configuration.
Remington still is not drilled and tapped for a rail. Mossberg it is. Railed, Lasermaxed, Opsol adapter and 8+1 rounds of Aguila “back off” 1.75” 00 buck goodness

    Very nice selection!

BTW, I was able to get 9+1 into mine (9 minishells fit perfectly in the tube, though the 9th is just a tiny bit tight).

Once I graduate from radiology school I plan on moving back to my birthplace......Amarillo
People actually choose to move to Amarillo? I got snowed in for three days (blizzard) in Amarillo. That was my welcome to Texas. When I finally got out of there it was 35 degrees, when I got to Midland it was 65.
