for $99.00 will make you holler + $9.99 for four ring halves in 1 Inch, 30mm, 24mm and 35mm

    https://www.larue.com/products/lt204/

The MBT trigger is still $87.00

    A few clarifications here:

The mount is $99. Four ring halves are $9.99 each. One mount for one scope is ~$140 total. Still a good deal but your post is a little deceiving.

Nowhere does it say the height of the rings and mount. You will want to clarify this before ordering which may require a phone call. This may not be tall enough for big objective scopes depending on your application.

I assume the mount is 0 moa. Verify before ordering especially if you want something different.

The MBT triggers take 3-5 weeks from time of order. They seem to have a lot of the other products on hand but again, call before ordering. I am still waiting on triggers I ordered a couple weeks before Christmas.

All that being said, I like Larue and think they make great products but their website leaves something to be desired.

Considering the LT104 is $210, the LT204 @ $140 is a bargain. The LT104 is my favorite mount. Ordered my first LT204 for a Valkyrie build with a Vortex PST 6-24x scope. Haven't mounted but should be the same quality as the LT104 and easier to use.

Oh yeah, I agree it is a great deal and I may add one when my triggers are ready.

I have another item I ordered that they didn't have in stock (again, no idea until after I placed my order) and they have no clue when it will come in so they are supposed to contact me.

When LaRue first came out with the MBT trigger they advised you there might be a wait at the $87.00 price. The ring halves come in different sizes. All you need to do is identify the diameter of the scope and order the appropriately sized ring. When you order the rings it asks you to identify the proper sized scope ring. They are still $99.00.

You can't order the mount without selecting a ring size. That bumps the price up to ~$139.

Sorry but there is no $99 mount. Not one you can order anyways.

Since there is no height mentioned just knowing the scope body diameter isn't enough information to guarantee the mount will work for your scope. Huge scope objective sizes can and will cause fitment issues.

I wasn't told there would be a wait for the triggers and nothing on the website says that now. You don't find out until the order is processed.

I think you mentioned that in one of your previous posts.....I didn't feel the need to say it again since you mentioned it. I did say you had to order the rings. I figured most folks here are proficient in the English language.

The OP and your post can be deceiving upon first glance. I just wanted to clarify again after I tried to order a mount with no rings.

To me this deal falls into a grey area of false advertisement since you can't order a $99 mount without spending another $40.

And again, a Larue QD mount for $140 is probably one of the best deals out there and well worth the money.

The height for the CAN QD is exactly the same as the LT104. Per LaRue website on the LT104:

The LT104 places the centerline of the optic 1.5" above the top of the rail for optimum cheek weld with a variety of AR-platform rifles.

The $9.99 for the scope rings is being sold at a discount as well. He normally sells spare or replacement rings for $60. How do I know, because I've bought a set to when I went down in scope size.

Send Mark an email about selling the CAN QD without the rings. Or complain about it on his Industry Forum on AR15.com. He'll probably respond and sell it to you for the price listed.

What's back order at LaRue? Is it one of the trigger holders for his trigger? Let me know. I may have one if that's what you're waiting for.

The triggers themselves take 3-5 weeks from time of order.

I received mine but didn't know at the time of order that they took that long. I assumed since he wanted to sell so many before Christmas (100k I believe) that he had that many on hand.

    First World problems.

I was charged shipping when my mount was sent out, then charged shipping when the triggers were sent. I canceled a third item that they don't make and had no idea when it would come in as shipping was going to be billed again.

I just think these things could be explained a little better on their site.

Great triggers btw. I may order more and a mount.

So, anyone have any feedback on this other than something like "it's good" or "I like it"?
Oddly enough I can't find a single video on youtube about it and all the write ups I'm finding are pretty much copy and past from the owners original statement about it.

What do you want to hear?

You'd be hard pressed to beat it even for more money.

No, I haven't run over my rifle or dropped it off a cliff but even in those situations I doubt it would be the weakest link.

I was just looking for someone with some actually experience with one since I can't seem to find a single review online anywhere other than on the LaRue website and personally I just don't put a lot of weight into reviews on ones own website since the bad ones can be weeded out.
I guess I was looking for more than a simple "it's good", you know?
Like how different is it? Does it live up to the reputation they've built? Do you like the new tool-less adjustment? etc...
