I’ve taken it to 1600 yards with a 10X scope and very mild loads running about 2450fps. Upgraded to a 16X and have 8lbs of Reloder 50 on the way to start working on a good long range load.

One day I might put a fancy scope on it but I’m ok with simple things.

Nothin as fine as #2427 above BUT:
Finished building this Saturday. My first build. Milled and drilled out an 80% Lower. Put my $ into the NB bolt, JMT Saber 3.5 single stage trigger with anti-rotation pins, Chrome Moly barrel (1 in 8), 51T ACC flash hider (for my suppressor) Not done. Still thinking on the optics. I have a 4X Strike Eagle but might opt for a reflex. Got the trigger and bolt CG on a great sale. ANYWAY I am happy for my first Ghost Gun. Doing 9mm AR pistol next.

Had a tried putting an old scope on the kids Rascal but the stock is shaped all wrong for it. And the scope was no good.

Swapped it out for a PA red dot and made a cheek riser as my first Kydex project

I did something like that for my daughters Savage 22lr. I used a neoprene sleeve and foam spacers to get cheek rise and length of pull.

It won't ever shoot right until you take those stickers off.

    Poor Butters.
