    Scorpions are great. Bought mine used a few years back. I've personally put 1,000+ through it and have had no issues. Not sure how many the previous owner fired but it definitely wasn't a safe queen. Check out AK Operators Union 47-74 on Youtube. He's currently at 4,000 out of a 5,000 round test on the Scorpion rifle version and the nitpicks are few.
    The first thing that has to go is the grip, I've got an apex now but am probably going to change that out for the new magpul. A decent red dot is almost a must. There's a few companies making mags. Some better than others. Never had an issue with factory mags and I've heard PSA's 35rd AK9 (steel feed lips) mags work well but they will not drop free when ejected.
