Please take a few minutes from your day and do something to stand up to the gun grabbers. Most of us dont have time in our busy schedules to visit our representatives offices, make phone calls, much less protest on the street. We are busy at our jobs, and enjoying time with family and friends. It is getting tiring reading about new bills introduced daily attacking our rights and freedom.

I would like to suggest signing up for newsletters from organizations fighting to protect these rights to stay informed.
Many of these have "one click politics"
Where a simple form with your name address and email address will automatically send a pre-typed letter to your representatives and legislators.
A quick copy and paste of these letters or links to these websites can be sent to friends and family who are more uninformed on this subject. The copy and paste also work well to send to other government officials that you aren't directly linked to from these sights.
    1.NRA

Although I am very disappointed in the
NRA, and no longer contribute money to them I still use their news to stay informed.

    2. GUN OWNERS OF AMERICA
    https://gunowners.org
I believe this organization to be the new leader in defending the second amendment. They are working hard also to extend more gun rights as well as fighting for the ones that are being threatened.

Excellent. I have already used the NRA-ILA link to email Rep John Carter. HR 8 and HR 1112 will be heard on the floor of the House next week. This is a quick and easy way to let your Rep know how you feel. It takes all of 90 seconds.

This is a partial list of new gun control bills introduced in the last two months.!

will start a list of new gun control bills introduced so far in 2019. This is a continuous onslaught, and it's exhausting I know, but we cannot remain. Silent and hope that our elected officials will vote the way that "The People" want. These people are relentless in their efforts.

THESE ARE ALL 2019 INTRODUCED. 2 MONTHS INTO THE YEAR.
Some of these are given warm and fuzzy sounding names, but the wording of them are anything but.
They are full of unconstitutional freedom robbing attacks. Their motive is clear.

This is not a complete list, and this is just On a national level, if you look at each state introducing these bills at an alarming rate and some including red flag laws have already been passed. These include complete gun bans, gun registration, taxes imposed on gun owners, use of tax dollars to fund gun buybacks ect... some propose no private sale of firearms, no transfer of firearms to family in a last will and testament, requiring owners to keep all firearms locked separately from ammunition.

I guess if you have to use a form e-mail. I prefer to write my own.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong without. However, it will be skimmed by some aid who will then add a tick mark in the “against” box for either the particular bill or increased gun gontrol measures.

Rarely will the arguments or thought out in to the email be given any consideration and your will just be another number on the graph when the politicians gauge support for any particular bill or subject.

True in some cases for sure but...

I have sent emails to my reps and senators both state and US. On many occasions on several topics.
    Dennis Bonnen
    Lois Kolhorst
    Michael Cloud
    John Cornyn
    Ted Cruz
I checked a box asking for a reply.
Some replies have been auto generated, but several have been direct answers to my concerns, through mail and email.

I got an email response from Carter and a letter in the mail from Schwertner. They both said they were committed supporters of the Second Amendment, but never actually said which way they would vote.

I wrote All My elected officials and told them if any restrictions on guns or laws against the second amendment pass yes I will personally hold them responsible.

In addition if any pass I will vote for whoever runs against them in a primary and if they win the primary I will not vote for them but I will contribute and campaign for those primary against them.
