In an "Austin South" move the San Antonio City Council has decided that Chick-Fil-A has exhibited a long history of discriminating against a downtrodden part of our decaying society and they should therefore be excluded from operating in the San Antonio airport as part of the new concession contract.

Another brick falls from the slowly crumbling building.

Chick-fil-a policies aside you can’t deny that they’re a booming company that everyone loves. It’s their loss that they won’t have that restaurant. I’m conservative but I’ll still go buy Starbucks once in a blue moon...
They’re so popular that they’re known for having long drive through lines!!

So basically the moronic SATX folks shut down a locally (probably minority) owned business, thinking that they will have an impact on the corporation. They didn’t hurt Chick-Fil-A. They already received their $10k franchise fee from the operator.

Hope the franchise owner can find another location and resume business.

Chic-FIL-A is alive and well across SA. I doubt this will hurt the franchise owner.

    To All,

As someone said, "You can't fix STUPID". = Inasmuch as I live in downtown SA, off Broadway and am now retired, I suspect that I'll be deeply involved in the campaigns against ALL of the leftists on the city council & soon.
(It's PAST time to take The Alamo City's government back from the MORON LEFT.)

    yours, satx

I'm not a huge chick fila fan. They have a boring menu that never changes. I also am not a believer. I still try to eat there regularly just because the left hates them so much and they stand their ground. I respect the company

I have not eaten there in many years. But suddenly I want one.

The PC left is showing it's Facist colors. Believe as we do or pay for it. Wrong on so many levels.
