Lots of truth to this, which is why it seems you "have to" join gyms. Nobody works a hard job, and most people seem to prefer sedentary R&R time. So to compensate people pay to do tough things indoors lol.Couple that to the fact that most jobs dont require hard labor or physical exertion and its the recipe for society of morbidly obese people.
