I have seen all types of guns fail. Was a student in a class once where only a Glock failed. There were 1911's, Sigs, Berettas, etc. there. I was assisting a class once that was for a security company that had S&W SD, all but one of those failed.

My Kimber has never failed unless I forced it to for training. I also had a bunch of ammo that had been in a flood once. It had a lot of "clicks".

ANY gun can fail due to reasons other than gun quality or reliability:
    1. Never been cleaned
    2. Improperly lubed
    3. Crappy ammo
    4. Limp wristing.
The #1 reason for Glocks to fail: the owner decided some fancy aftermarket parts would really make it run smooth.

Been there, done that, and learned to leave them alone.

Everything is clickbait to you. Just glad I could provide you with something to gripe about.

Title tells the story for anyone with a modicum of comprehension.
The title doesn't tell shit. It alludes to why being a Glock owner might make for a bad range day but there is nothing in your post beyond "Glocks are junk because I saw a guy having problems".

I own Glocks and they make for great range days along with most other firearms.

I should be worked up because one guy at your range had an issue? No information as to what the issue was either.

I am sure your day was just great because you got to see a Glock have problems. I am also sure that doesn't happen often. But if that's what it takes to make you feel good about your firearms then I am glad it worked out for you.

I clicked the thread to see what the issue was with the Glock but surprise, nothing here.

    So yeah, clickbait.

Been out night flyin RC, was gonna make a post looong before I saw #28, lol. Apparently there's some riff I'm not familiar with.

Relax man, all he said is you are a bald face liar and Glocks never fail.

Just telling you what I saw with my own eyes.
If it's mechanical, it can fail, just a fact of life.

Sounds like you had a good day at the range and ultimately, that's all that matters. :)

Glocks have such a high failure rate they are issued my more law enforcement than any other gun.
Because they want an unreliable weapon..right OP?

You sure seem to be worked up. You know, that a Glock failed or are not perfect does not speak ill of your decision to own them. Your ego need not be involved...
Not an ego thing at all. I hold no illusion that Glocks never fail, that someone else having an issue lessens my firearm's ability, or even that the 1911s shouldn't have worked properly.

Questioning my comprehension of the written word because I can't see that 1911s are superior to Glocks because of this one isolated incident probably does "work me up" more that it should.

Ok, let us settle this now. Gunfight at 10 paces. Remind me again what Kenau is training with for his movie? You old 1911 hanger ons are starting to make Chuck mad and he is gonna roundhouse that 1911 straight up the side of your head if you are not careful.

Why this was not settled at range day, I have no idea.

There is no such thing as 'clickbait'.

No one forces anyone else to click on anything.

The decision to do so is solely up to you, period.

Unless of course, aliens or the devil made you click on it........whatever the title of 'it' is ya screwball.........

Well, idgaf about the argument. But “no such thing as clickbait” is a silly thing to say and your post makes it obvious that you don’t know what the term actually means.

    https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/clickbait

: something (such as a headline) designed to make readers want to click on a hyperlink especially when the link leads to content of dubious value or interest
