    Thanks
Been a longtime member of a outdoor range before joining Nardis and I agree its gonna be great this summer.

Got a few S&W revolvers that I try to keep clean and this indoor range is gonna help.

Outdoor. Mainly the indoor ranges are kind of expensive, plus there is only one near me that has a 100 yard range for rifles. The outdoor range I belong to has pistol and rifle ranges out to 500 yards.

Indoor would be nice for load workup, but outdoor for me since I prefer 300 yards and settle for 200.

Want the longest ranges I can find after that.

I go to several different ranges in the SanAntonio area. I enjoy both outdoor and indoor. I dont usually shoot rifles indoors because the farthest one ice seen here is 100 yards

    Outdoor for me.

    Baboon,

Your experience is a new one on me.

Recording me, I guess I couldn't do anymore than ask them to stop or ignore them, but 'shoot my guns' - KMA assholes........

    Gunz are icky.
Mainly shoot handguns so 85% of the time I do indoor.
Down where I'm at the humidity, heat, and mosquitos make it uncomfortable in the warm months.

I’m sure everyone enjoys the thick cloud of smoke filling the bays, lol.

I agree, the outdoor range I still belong to will always be my long gun range. But love the fact that my indoor range is less than half the distance for me to travel. The longest distance my indoor range has is 60 feet and that’s plenty for handgun shooting. But I will take my long guns there too when all I’m wanting to do is test the function and get it on paper.

Definitely outdoors, as Mother Nature intended. :) Firing a gun indoors just ain't natural. Brass bouncing off the walls of the cubby. You can't see what any of the other shooters are doing. Way too loud. But if that's all you got....

Yeah, indoor does have its aggravations.
Probably the worst for me is the guy in the next cubicle firing some SBR with a really loud muzzle brake. Hurts even with double hearing pro. Oh my ears.
Sure is nice picking up the fired brass tho. No mud or dirt.
The Brass God always gets his due but he ain't quite so omnipotent at the indoor range. I swear he swipes brass removed from revolvers when shooting at the outdoor range.
Every indoor range I've been to says NO BLACKPOWDER.
This makes the Moonpie a sad panda. It is what it is.

My indoor range has two sides.
One for handguns and one for long guns.
    Of course Moonpie knows this.
I can't handle rifles indoors, my ears are bad enough as it is.

How do you like the Bullet-Hole range west of San Antonio? Been going there for well over 10 years. Nardis in the Alamo Ranch area is my first indoor range to join and I’m really liking it.
I can still shoot my long guns at Nardis when all I wanting to do is a function test and get it on paper.
