No Texas Burger near me so I can't say.I like the Texas Burger jalapeno burger, and I'm sorry, it's bigger and taste better to me than Whataburger's.
(Plus, they get their beef from Nolan Ryan. Can you get more Texas then that?)
I am going to be cooking up some ground brisket burgers here shortly. Those taste better than any burger from a fast food joint in my opinion.
I'd oblige you, but wife said this morning that she wanted hot dogs. The rest of what I was going to say isn't for for general consumption.Pics of home made burgers or GTFO.
Are they changing the name and logo?
The only redeeming factor, I guess, is that it will still be run by the people that run it now.No, the burger chain whose stick it was to be family owned and Texas based sold out to a Chicago based investment fund, which also holds stakes in Krispy Kreme and Panera, for instance.

Academy sold? I thought they just fell apart trying to compete with Bass Pro Shop. They aren't even trying anymore.
Y'all are screwed then Shipley's are far better donuts & Panera is just over price food because of their social message! No, the burger chain whose stick it was to be family owned and Texas based sold out to a Chicago based investment fund, which also holds stakes in Krispy Kreme and Panera, for instance.
Usually they remain the same until they gut the former management. So until then, enjoy.Well, on the outside anyway. Name one company that delivered a better product, improved customer service and didn't start to eff over employees after it got bought out by a huge corporation?

No Dunkin Donuts near me, where I have 2 Shipley's to choose from. There is a Vietnamese donut shop across from one of the Shipley's. The wife goes in & gets ice coffee, but never once bought donuts that I know of. Then again she's like that coming home with iced coffee & none for me. She did it today when I sent her to petsmart. I know she had lunch too, but won't admit it.Dunkin Donuts for me please, I never understood the Krispy Kreme hype in first place. And Panera is just overpriced cafeteria food.

If they added kolaches to the menu, I would probably stop there more often.JJ Watt calls on fans to ‘chip in and buy’ Whataburger after a majority stake is sold

Most the Shipleys I have been in are asian owned.Suzy's Donuts and Sandwich on Royal, just off 35, is the bomb. But I think that place is Korean, not Vietnamese.
