Saw this at an airport. Guys didn't move much but were scanning constantly, and there was an outline of a thick undergarment underneath their jeans shaped like thick cycling shorts. Upper was bulky as fk, whatever they were wearing up top was thick but didnt appear to be nearly as restrictive as the leve 3 im familiar with. Every few minutes they'd move their hand back and toucn the bottom of ther rucks, there was a loop handle thingy where they were feeling, like pros do subconsciounsley. Lots of checking that spot on the bottom of their ruck bit I didnt see a firearm.

Aircraft Operating Areas (AOA's) have tightly regulsted access. These guys are inside what I've been told is a "No Go' zone. Even with AOA auth, step across that is a serious issue. And these guys are loaded up with full ruck, armor and no weapons visible. Any idea wtf?
