For concealed carry, same pistols I use now: P365 or P938.

Range use, still all my same pistols. Unless it becomes a felony, fu$k 'em: I'm not buying new mags for my guns because they pass an unconstitutional law. Mags for my Infinity are $90+ each, new. I have 13, total.

You're that guy that just can't play along and has to make everything serious? Show what a rebel he is?

    Fine. I'd carry a G26.

    With a 33 round mag.

In all seriousness, should a new AWB happen with no grandfathering, i probably would get a G26

So you have almost $1200 in mags? Damn!
Truth be told, probably more than that-although I got several with my pistol in a package deal.

The 124/140mm svi mags are $135 now. About $90 to $110 when I bought them. The 170mm mags are now 165.

Having multiple guns basically requires having a full complement of mags for each, imho.

If its concealed "of course I'm compliant. Law and order every time, that's us."

Probably what I usually do, XDSc .40 S&W but sometimes a Kimber Micro, an FN9, an EMP, whatever holster I find first and usually a little RM380 backup

Very few I actively carry even hold 10 rounds; well the Savage 1907 holds 10 rounds + 1. I'd likely continue with 32acp as my primary choice and so 7 or 8 rounds would be the most likely.

AbE: I do have a Beretta 81 double stack and it does hold more than 10 rounds.

AbE #2: I went back to look at what I own in handguns and it seems only 5% of the handguns I own have magazines that hold more than 10 rounds anyway, 95% are 10 rounds or less.

Also 2 more handguns that I own for which I have magazines that hold more than 10 rounds but that came with 10 rounders originally.

Same guns I'm cycling through as my carry pieces now; Kimber Micro 9, Walther PPS, Walther P99c.

I fully support ignoring the law and carrying a drum fed full auto SBR.

The fact that flamethrowers exist is proof that someone thought “I want to set those people on fire, but I’m just not close enough to get the job done”.

...and I can't be arsed to go all the way over there!

If it's limited to 10 Rd mag, I'd go with 10mm in your favorite flavor of 1911, or maybe a G40 if your a Glock head. G40 is an interesting one. Cool range gun, good wilderness sidearm.

In addition to whatever flavor of Kool-Aide you like, I think everyone should have one of these little puppies on them. They stow oh so nicely in a watch pocket.

If a 10 round limit on pistols was law what would your selections be and why?

    For C C; G26 or Sig P365

For home or vehicle defense; Colt 1911 in .45ACP

For range or hunting, Colt Python or custom 1911 in 10mm.

For Alaskan bears, the biggest Ruger magnum revolver I could find.

All that said, living in a peaceful area now, my usual EDC is a Smith Scandium J-frame. "Like it's not even there" until needed, AND it "Goes BANG" EVERY time! Of course, with a pocket full of "speed loaders".
