I don't set any sort of rules. I know dealers have ruined the fun of gun shows, and I think it would be cool to have a "gun swap meet" on private property. Perhaps dealers could enjoy the social aspects but not set up for sales. Or there could be a special dealer ghetto.

We have had commercial venders at the meet ups before. Never been a problem. In fact in at least a couple of cases they made for a better day.

"Perhaps dealers could enjoy the social aspects but not set up for sales." This is what I had thought you were getting at, just wanted to see if that is what you meant.

ETA: And I wholeheartedly agree btw. A trade or open swap meet type thing would be a good addition, even though we have sorta' been doing that anyway.

IMO Gun Bartertown would be awesome. Maybe I'll get some land and set it up.

Anxiously awaiting, not where but WHEN (date) for next meet. I know many have suggested many great ideas. Need at least a date so I can put on calendar at work. Thanks!
