This got me thinking, which is never good, but isn't this actually a true statement?

    Just the statement itself.
You did read where it said 80% (thus either an 80% receiver or frame). If 80%, by law it is not a firearm; so, how is it that this lowlife libturd Tom King (yes I am a recently relocated NY'er and that is my opinion of that useless Quisling) has stated that 80% parts allow for a prohibited person to buy a gun? THOSE PARTS ARE NOT FIREARMS!!!

He is not talking about parts, he is saying there is a black market for finished 80% guns that are not registered and criminals are buying/selling them.

Is he saying that, show me the quote where he says specifically that anyone is buying a gun that was manufactured from 80% parts. What he did say makes no sense especially for a supposed advocate of the RKBA.

The board does not allow quotes. From rules at top of page:

Yes, but to answer Glenn one need only read carefully as LMGTFY fills in the search box.

That is about all it does....

Which was in the OP link. So I am not sure what was accomplished with this circular post/linking.
What was accomplished was answering Glenn B's specific question. He had the link but he wanted you or someone to point out the specific sentence where this King fellow said that bad guys were using 80% lowers to, in effect, buy guns without proper checks.

For some reason you didn't want to point him to the precise spot in the linked article. You never did. So I did it for you. The LMGTFY link included the statement he wanted someone to point out to him.

    Your rules, not mine:
    Yep.

And, as I demonstrated, it's pretty easy to directly answer Glenn B's question without breaking those rules.

I'm still mystified why you weren't willing to do so but, hey, it's your call.
