    Nice!
    Does it have heat?
Electric space heaters and a kerosene heater. Also AC, but alas, no running water. It is R13 insulated except for the floor. Fridge, TV, PC, WiFi, DVD, two work benches. Storage loft. It is 12x20 not counting the porch. I should have gone bigger, I got stuff everywhere inside.

    Nice.

Currently in a cramped back room but have been told to build a new one and get my crap out of the house.

Construction will start after the motorcycle is sold.

They both look really nice. I like the simplicity of them. I think that's a great layout. And heat is good.

Of course, you always need bigger. It's maybe a good way to "bound" the acquisitions?

I hope you're not telling us about an impending...?

Nope. My wife wants to use the room I'm in and asked what I would need in order to move my reloading and hobby stuff to a separate building. I went for the "big sell" and she said go for it. I'll be building either a 20'X24' or 24'X24' fully insulated and climate controlled building with multiple reloading benches, work benches, storage, desks, mini fridge, etc.

I have no intention of allowing her to get away. Doubt I could do as good in a second attempt.

If she's doing the financing she's a definite keeper. Don't forget water and sewer out there. Nice be able to wash your hands or take a piss...

No need for sewer. I can step out the door and make a puddle.

Hand washing is a maybe. Not too concerned about it and with pier and beam construction it makes frozen pipes a bigger issue. If I do add a sink I'll just run a grey water line out to the pasture.
