Hey, hey! We hit the big 40. Feels darn balmy after the subfreezing start to the day.
I got a pic of actual icecicles on our rain gutter earlier. And to think we left Eastern WA to get away from the cold and ice!

My weather app had forecast a low of 26 for us, but the TV weather guy said "not that cold" due to cloud cover. He was right. It was only 39 first thing, so didn't appear to even hit freezing. I am glad he was right.
He also said that SA set a record low high (of 45). Still too cold for this guy who left the Arctic wasteland to come back to Texas.
