Yes, they are blems. It is noted on the website, but I should have noted it here too.
I picked up some regular Aero lowers labeled blems a few weeks ago and they were flawless.
Same here,,I found a tiny end mill mark where the pistol grip goes and they call that a blem,wow. Aero is hard to beat for the money,they do pretty work..

I work for the newspaper. I use to get all the ads a couple weeks early. But some moron took the ads to a friend, who then went into a store a couple days early and tried to get them to give him the sale price from the ad that wasn’t suppose to be out until Thanksgiving day. Now they lock all of them up!
