    Anyone use this?

I just bought a case. Seems like it should be pretty zippy through a 16” barrel.
I am going to test it on pigs in a large corral trap at the earliest opportunity and if it does well, I will use it on pigs from a Polaris Ranger.

That light of a bullet should to be moving if S&B loaded them up to anywhere near full charges.

They almost seem like a varmint load.

I'm quite certain that's a homebrew load invented by SGammo, with a fantasy name to sell to suckers.

S&B lists the velocity of that round to be 1404 FPS at the muzzle. I didn't see a barrel length listed, but I assume it was probably a 5" barrel.

    https://www.sellier-bellot.cz/en/pr...on/pistol-and-revolver-cartridges/detail/285/

According to Ballistics by the Inch, 90gr Cor Bon +P hits about 1539 FPS at the muzzle in a 5" barrel, and 1740 FPS at the muzzle in a 16" barrel.

You are probably hitting around 1600-1650ish FPS in your Ruger PCC. Yeah, that'll probably do a number on a pig. :D

I may get a crony. My math came up similar to yours but I would like to know for sure.

What is interesting is the link you provided describes the ammo as “not +P” but it is faster than a lot of the +P choices that are out there.

Isn't European 9mm loaded much hotter than American 9mm? IIRC, our +P is pretty close to their standard pressure stuff. That may be why it's not listed as +P, but is still hot like +P ammo.

Everything on that site was in metric units, and the URL is .cz, which is a Czech Republic country code, so that would make sense.

It punched 27 inches of wet, compressed cardboard with very little bullet deformation. I will put it up against water jugs next ( or trapped pigs, whichever comes first)
