Jeep. Specifically Wranglers. Not their crossover crap. I’d rather drive a Jeep than almost anything else any day of the week. Through good or bad, I’m always a fan.

Lots of gun companies I like but not many I’d say that I wouldn’t trade for another product.

Only exception I can think of are PMags.

I'm sure I could list dozens more of my prejudices but, off the top of my head, here's a short list.
    • Lapua brass (mostly but not always rifle)
    • Starline brass (mostly but not always pistol)
    • Nikon film cameras (I still love my F and F5, along with assorted lesser models and rangefinders)
    • AMD CPUs (even during the lean years)
    • Craftman tools (but only the ones I inherited from my father)
    • Kalispel aluminum rifle cases (out of business)
    • Bagmaster leather pistol bags
    • Domke canvas photo gear bags
    • Superfocus glasses (out of business)
    • Stonewood encrypted drives
    • Digisafe inline encryptors
    • Wiebetech digital forensics hardware tools (and more)
    • IcyDock external drive enclosures
    • DrayTek routers (for casual home use)
    • NAD stereo components (on the value-for-money end of the market)
I believe if I owned one of their products, I'd be a total fanboi for Freedom Arms single-action revolvers. I'm gonna have to rectify that situation someday. I've shot those revolvers enough that at least one remains on my very short need-to-buy-before-I-die list.

I used to be a real fanboi for HP because of their early Laserjets but I currently only own one of their all-in-ones. It's fine but it doesn't inspire the loyalty that came with the Laserjet II series.

And, finally, I'm a fanboy for spelling fanboy as fanboi. The subculture where I learned the word spelled it that way and I'll never shake it.
