I need to fund some home issues that came up last minute and have some guns that never get used anymore. I am not shipping but will travel within a reasonable distance for the right offer. No bill of sale, just be legal to own. Cash only. No cases or manuals with any of the firearms and all are used. These guns have sat for extended periods of time with little range time. They ended up being safe queens and need to go. I do have extra mags for the M1A that aren't factory but worked well for me. I will try to find them and include them in the sale. Worst comes to worst, I find them later and mail them to whomever bought the rifle.

Springfield M1A Mossy Oak - $1350 comes with mags.

It has to do with who produced the barrel.

JM barrels were made by Marlin. The newer barrels are made by Remington and usually marked REM.
I'll take a look when I get home. I never really looked at the print on the barrel for who made it before. I'd assume Marlin did since I bought it some time ago.

No worries. You will want to look for a smaller JM stamp on the barrel towards the receiver. If it has that, I will take it off your hands

I didn't see it anywhere or anything Remington for that matter. All I saw was Marlin stamped on it so I'd assume Remington made the barrel. If you aren't interested, that's understandable.

Here is a typical jm stamp and below that is the new stamp. Think its REP

After further thought, due to all three other weapons selling, I've decided to hold back the Marlin. Had to run an electric 220v to my kitchen (600 dollars) since it would cost $3000 for a propane plumber to fix the existing issue. Between that, getting a new electric range and still wanting to provide a good Christmas for my family, I needed to cover the expenses without irritating my OCD in finances. Hope this didn't irritate you MTA or Dawico. I prefer to be straight with people I speak to, especially on these forums.

    It's all good.

MTA has dibs anyways but I don't think he wants that barrel stamp.

If you decide to sell it later let me know. Thanks.
